All custom request must be paid in full before order is started, unless otherwise confirmed.
IF MY BRACELET DOESN'T FIT CAN IT BE ADJUSTED?
Yes! Your jewelry can be adjusted by filling out a readjustment form.
DO YOU MAKE MEN'S BRACELETS?
Yes bracelets and neck pieces.
CAN JEWELRY BE DUPLICATED?
Unfortunately, pieces cannot/ will not be duplicated. Beads can be used for custom request but designs will be different to keep the uniqueness for each customer.
You can customized your stacks with already made separates.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to COVID19 we are not accepting return items.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Virtual gift cards are available for purchase.
DO YOU OFFER JEWELRY REPAIR?
Yes, jewelry repair is available. If there is repairable damage to jewelry (no fault of customer) within 14 days of receipt of jewelry, jewelry may be repaired free of charge excluding shipping. Pictures must be provided before confirming repair services. Customer will be responsible for shipping to KJ's Bead Jewelry.Shop. An invoice will be provided for first-class shipping to return repaired item(s).
If repair request is for items not made by KJ's Bead Jewlery.shop adjustment may be made to original design to complete repair.
